Gluten free chicken parm bake Sooo Good!


What you will need
olive oil
Garlic
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breast
2 bags of shredded mozz cheese
one tub of parm cheese
gluten free bread crumbs
classico tomato and basil sauce
can of diced tomatoes
and an oven

Howdy folks, so I stumbled upon this recipe on interest of course and had to to try it! Anything fast easy, and can be transformed into something gluten free Im sold. This little pan of delicious goodness Im calling Easy Peasy Gluten free chicken parm . I would have posted the after cooked picture, but it smelled so good as soon a it came out half of it was gone.

The whole thing took me about 45 minutes and only 10 of that 45 I was actually doing something. so here its is



Pre-heat oven to 375  9x13 pan. pour some olive oil around so its evenly distributed. Mince some Garlic and spread that around evenly as well.



lay 4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken breast on top of oil and garlic


Then I pulled out my jar of classico tomato and basil along with a can of diced tomatoes.

Pour in both can and tomatoes , smooth them out so its all even

Pull out your parm cheese, gluten free bread crumbs and Mozz cheese

First pour one full bag of mozz shredded cheese, and half the tub of parm cheese,finally spread gluten free bread crumbs over top. Repeat another layer of both cheeses . Should look like this now

Pop it in the oven for 35 minutes and your done! Now how easy was that ?!?!?!?
